Have you guys heard about this new nutritional rating system we are getting? Its called Nu-val. The system give a nutritional rating on foods 1-100. 1 is the worst, 100 the best. It is supposed to help us make better food choices. http://www.nuval.com/pages/NutritionByNumbers.aspx
It seems like a good idea, however it doesn't address portion control. I hope people don't think that just because they got high scoring crackers doesn't mean eat abunch of them. Those bran filled crackers are loaded with carbs. We will see.

UPDATE I am not going to compost now. Those backyard composters are EXPENSIVE$$$$$$$ Not worth the cost for our little yard. So I am going to try to use my own cloth bag at the grocery store. I will keep you posted.
